general information

When you are talking airconditioners, bigger is not always better,
if you oversize your airconditioners for your rooms, not only are
you paying too much for the airconditioner itself but you may end
up with a power bill that costs more than it should.
Below is a quick guide to the right size airconditioner for each
size room.
A/C units listed here are for average Australian conditions, if
the room is exposed to the Western Sun or other heat factors your
room may require a larger A/C unit. Also the amount of glass in
a given room can affect the A/C unit size required.

Some Features of Split Aircondtioners:
Built in timer: This feature allows you to set your A/C
to be switched on and off automatically at a time that you set.
Auto Mode: This feature allows you to set the desired temp
and the A/C will switch on and off automatically as required to
maintain that temp.
Sleep Mode: This feature gradually changes the temp throughout
the night (1 Deg p/hr) to meet the desired setting, this feature
detects the temp of the room and makes allowances for summer or
winter conditions.
Ducted Airconditioning: Due to the economy and convenience
of split A/C Systems, the majority of people do not require Ducted
Airconditioning but if you require information on this type of A/C
System please email us.
